The FIX-1 service operates out of our repair centre, where we have been repairing and refurbishing telephone equipment for telcos and major phone manufacturers since 1986.
In 1996, we expanded our services to small businesses and individuals. We added a call centre and a logistics centre to support the operation.
In 2001, we launched the FIX-1 online store to improve service to our clients and extend our services to customers of the telephone companies.
